Like any self-respecting artist, I do have some lines in the sand that I ask you to respect when commissioning me for anything. If there's something you aren't sure about after reading this, please reach out and ask! There's never any harm in asking to be sure about things.
I will NOT draw any of the following:
• Complex mecha/armor designs, vehicles
• Contentious or "extreme" NSFW (such as guro, scat, or
lolisho)
• Hateful content or symbols
• Overly complex
backgrounds
I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, and at any time.
It is requested, though not outright required, that you provide as much reference material as possible, unless you want me to have creative freedom.
Once all details have been discussed and agreed on, I require half pay up front before any work begins on your commission. You will not receive the final full-res and unwatermarked artwork until paid in full.
Revisions made to a sketch are free the first two times, then incur an additional $5 charge for all additional revisions.
Each revision made AFTER a sketch is complete will incur an additional $10 charge unless they are very, very simple.
Complex character or background designs, depending on complexity, can add up to 10% to the total commission price.
If you plan on posting my art anywhere for any reason, or using it as your profile picture, you must credit me. Additionally, I ask that if you're using the art for raffles/tierlists to use a provided watermarked version.
If your commission is made with the intent to use the finished piece for non-merchandise self-promotion (stream asset, panels, etc.), you will be charged 15% extra.
Once your commission is completed, I reserve all rights to the finished piece. If you would like to purchase full commercial rights to the finished commission, such as to use it in merchandise, an additional 75% charge will be added.
Due to rising personal health problems and concerns, there is no given ETA for commission completion unless we have discussed and agreed upon something specific. With that said, if your our commission takes longer than 3 months to complete, you are entitled to a partial refund (based on how much of the work is completed) as well as the unfinished work.
If a rush is needed, or if you need your commission finished within a very short time frame, additional charges may be applied.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may you use art I have made for crypto, NFT, blockchain, or AI related purposes.
Refunds are based off of commission completion level, and are based off of the full price of the commission regardless of whether it has been fully paid.
If only the sketch has been completed, you will be issued an 80% refund.
If coloring has been completed, your refund will vary based on complexity of the piece.
If rendering has been completed, no refund will be given.
